This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which clients may be eligible for a refund and clarifies the limitations associated with such requests.

- If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you may receive a full refund of the consultation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a 50% refund.

- Design Services (Concept, Layout, Planning)
- If design work has not yet started, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative processing fee.
- If partial design work has been completed, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, based on the percentage of work completed.
- If full design deliverables (e.g., mood boards, layouts, 3D renderings) have already been provided, the service is considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
- 3D Renderings and Visualization
- These services are non-refundable once production has begun.
- If there is an error or defect in the rendering that is clearly due to Elemental Arts LLC, we will offer a revision at no additional charge, but not a refund.
- Custom Design Packages
- Refunds are not available once the custom design package has been initiated, due to the bespoke nature of the work.
- If the client decides to cancel the project early, a partial refund may be issued, reflecting work not yet completed and expenses not yet incurred.
- Product and Material Refunds
- Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)
- Custom or special-order items are non-refundable after order placement due to vendor and manufacturing commitments.
- For standard (non-custom) items, refund eligibility is subject to the return policy of the specific vendor or manufacturer.
- If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will coordinate with the vendor for a replacement or repair. Refunds are subject to vendor approval.
- Décor and Accessories
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- A restocking fee of 15–25% may apply, depending on the supplier’s policy.
- Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Project Cancellation by Client
- Any non-recoverable costs (e.g., time spent, materials ordered, vendor deposits) are not refundable.
- A written notice of cancellation must be submitted to Elemental Arts LLC via email.
- Refunds will be calculated based on services not yet rendered and products not yet ordered.
- A termination fee of up to 25% of the remaining contract value may apply, depending on the stage and scope of cancellation.
